VetlinkSQL has an inbuilt client address label template. Labels can be printed from Reports | Report / Lists | Client | Client Address Labels or from Bulk mailers or Reminders / Recalls by clicking on the Labels button. The template used from these locations is a set template that prints to pre-cut labels available for purchase from VetlinkSQL. It cannot be adjusted. To print to labels purchased from third party retailers, or change the label text to include things such as animal name you can create a template in Bulk Mailers or Reminders / Recalls using the Mail Merge setting in Microsoft Word. Learn how to create your own templates here.

A computer virus is a computer program that can replicate itself and spread from one computer to another. The term "virus" is also commonly referred to other types of malware, including adware and spyware programs that do not have the reproductive ability. A true virus can spread from one computer to another, for example because a user sent it over a network or the Internet, or carried it on a removable medium such as a floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB drive.

Stock management can be a major issue for businesses. The time it takes a staff member to order inventory each day, week, fortnight, or month comes down more to a staff management issue as much as a stock management issue. Use of staff time, and more importantly, experience is something that many businesses do not consider in the greater scheme of things. Just as a staff member gets comfortable with the stock ordering system, that person may decide to move on. Yet again, unless very well documented "systems" are in place, this creates major headaches for the business and new staff members who have to be trained...

Yet again, a really good way to use the Reporting Product feature to measure redemption of free products. One just has to think outside the square and use this feature in an innovative way. Just some good planning and systems, and utilising the integrated BONUS POINTS loyalty system will achieve this. Let us take an example and show you how to get this done.
We will assume that we are going to set up points for a brand of Pet Food. Let us call it KITTY FOOD. Now let us assume that these come in 3 sizes, KITTY FOOD 1.5KG, KITTY FOOD 5.0KG, and KITTY FOOD 10KG. Let us also assume that prices across most flavours of the same size are the same. Now you can allocate points that you want the customer to get when they purchase each one.... click on "Read More" to see the full article.

Advertising is an important part of any business activity. However, every business wants to know the success (or otherwise) of a marketing and advertising campaign. This is so that revenue can be matched to the actual cost of any promotion. When a supplier is involved, it is also possible that they may want to measure the success rate of any such campaign if they were to fund it. Measurement figures are also extremely useful when gauging the advertising medium that is being used – for example, which Newspaper or Magazine generates better hit rates. One may also want to know if an SMS campaign produced better results compared to a letter or email. Of course the cost of delivering the campaign also has to be taken into consideration. For example, an email campaign may get fewer hits but one has to remember that the cost of such marketing is a lot lower than sending out letters, and so on.... click on "Read More" to see the full article.
